I bought my Beyerdynamic
DT-880 Pro Headphones through an
authorised dealer and got a two-year warranty. My feeling is these headphones
will last a good deal longer if quality and comfort is backed up by them being as
robust as I imagine they are but only time will tell on that one. For now, my
review is unequivocally these are the best headphones under 300 with comfort
being at the very top of why, followed by sound quality. There’s only one teeny
downside and that is at work I can’t turn up too loud because my co-worker says
she can hear it and that’s down to them being semi-open at the back which is
great for comfort therefore I just have to keep it down when she’s around.
I listen through my
iPhone 6 at work and the kind of music when I’m in the office is music from the
radio so it can vary and to be honest that’s why I like it. At home I use my
itunes and my laptop and there’s all the stuff that’s mine that I can add to,
take away, as and when I like, sure I do synch it to the phone but still I like
radio at work and I can pick up new stuff.
So that’s like hip hop, hard rock, alternative or whatever and with
these headphones I get to hear all the sounds, the highs and the mids seem always
in front of the bass and they’re crisp and even at low volume I’d say they’re
giving me all I would expect.
A good Buy For under 300
Like I said, these
headphones should last a long time. I can’t afford to change them and that’s
why I tried to get the best I could for the price tag. Certainly my DT-880s are
well constructed, I like the way they’re built and they are definitely sturdy with a comforting grip to my head which nowadays has
loosened to fit me like a dream. If you want to read a really good post on beginner dj equipment then check that one out. Even if I have to replace the parts in the
future I know I can. A good buy for under 300 that’s all I need have said but I
hope you like my review anyway.
